(hereinafter, indistinctly "BlacKode" or "Responsible") through a digital platform (the "Platform"), accessible by mobile devices through computer applications, desktop computers and through Internet browsers (hereinafter, the "Service"), as well as to those who access and provide information through the https://blackode.com/ internet domain. In this sense, the treatment of personal data will be carried out in accordance with the legislation of the United Mexican States ("Mexico"), so that the Holder when using the services provided by BlacKode, agrees to be governed by the aforementioned legislation. Blackode is committed to complying with the applicable legal provisions on personal data protection and to ensuring the holder the right to access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of their personal data (hereinafter, the "ARCO Rights") in the terms established by the Law.
The information collected by Blackode may include, among others, the name, email, telephone number, home address, among others, which will be used for the following purposes:
The Responsible party commits to maintaining confidentiality in relation to the collected personal data, and to use it solely for the purposes set forth in this Notice, and undertakes not to use it for different purposes or sell it to third parties without the prior consent of the Holder.
The holder acknowledges and accepts that the Responsible party may hire third parties for the performance of activities related to the collection, storage and treatment of their personal data, these being subject to the same confidentiality and security obligations as the Responsible party.
The holder may exercise their ARCO rights by sending a written request to the email legal@growbality.com. The request must contain at least the following information: name of the holder, email, telephone number, home address, and a clear and precise description of the personal data for which you seek to exercise any of the ARCO rights, as well as any other information or documentation that is necessary to verify the identity of the holder.
This Privacy Notice may be modified at any time by the Responsible party, it being the holder's obligation to periodically review its content.
